Apparently there is a group of 3 people in NYC who go around decorating dog poop left on the sidewalks. It's kind of impressive, certainly amusing, and sort of nauseating.
Just curious, would you consider it art? I haven't decided yet.

Haha! I think you've hit the nail on the head.
There is an artist in residence at the Bemis, who did a series of candies made from dog poo... They looked good until she told you what they were made from... puke!
